Definition: Steam Deck


A handheld gaming console from Valve. Launched in early 2022 and running SteamOS, the Deck functions like a portable gaming PC, supporting the huge variety of PC games on the market (more than 3,000 have been verified by Valve). Updates to the Deck added an adjustable screen rate between 40 and 60 Hz that can be changed on the fly, and graphics options can be set for each game. See Steam.




The Steam Deck
